FAQ
Who provides the cleaning materials?
Cleaning material choices are very personal therefore we do not generally provide cleaning materials. If you would like us to provide you with cleaning products there is the option to add this when booking however we do not provide larger equipment such as hoovers, mops etc. We recommend that you have a vacuum/mop, cleaning cloths, a sponge/scour, toilet cleaner, limescale remover and an all purpose cleaner. If you'd like us to bring the products for you then you should have at least a vacuum and a mop. We will purchase the other products for you and leave them in your home for next cleaning use. You can choose standard, eco or luxury product packages.
Do I have to be at home?
That is up to you. We would recommend for your first clean that you are there to meet and let your housekeeper know any special instructions, where to get a key etc. If not, you can always provide additional instructions on your booking and your service manager will ensure your cleaner gets the message and delivers on your specifics.
How much time should I book?
That depends greatly on the size of your home and the amount of cleaning required. If you're not 100% sure how much is required just drop us a note here with the details and we can give you our opinion. Alternatively, just book what you think and if it is too little or too much we can make the necessary adjustments.
